Description
Here we have a very sweet and well handled weanling filly, Pristine Pixie Dust! Pixie was born April 30th of 2026. She is sired from our smokey black stud, Raspberry Jake Walker (aka Storm), and is the firstborn from our chestnut mare Pristine Ginger of Gold. Storm has a good solid build, excellent feet, western working bloodlines, and has been smart and easy to train. Ginger was born and raised on our breeding operation, and is sired from our other stud, TVR Freedom and Whiskey. Ginger was 4 this summer so we started riding her some and she was very quick to learn and no issues whatsoever, which has been the case with all of our Morgan stock. Pixie had her leg broken at a young age, a few weeks old. Don’t know what happened but we believe she got stepped on. It was her hind leg, broken below the hock. So she got a lot of handling the first few months of her life. We put a cast on for the first month or so, and the leg healed up very quickly and appears to be straight and cause her no problems at all. You really can’t even see any visible signs of the leg looking different than her other hind leg now. Once the cast was off for a while and the stiffness went away, there were no signs of her limping ever. So I’m very confident that she is completely sound and that the whole ordeal only made her stronger. Still I am reducing her price from what I’m asking for our other weanlings. We kept her shut in for lots of the summer, but for the last couple of months she was out on open range with the rest of the herd, so she is also well acquainted with crossing streams and rivers, swamps, traversing through thick bush country and everything else the mountains can throw at you. Pixie is one of 7 foals that we raised up this year, which I’ll have ads made for all those that are still available, so check out my other ads to have your pick! She has been haltered many times, tied up, and has had some training at leading and will get more. Good with her feet too. Pixie has been loaded in a trailer, and has been trailered long distance a couple of times. She is not yet weaned, but could be at any time now if someone is wanting to take her right away. Our foals are located near Vanderhoof BC, but we can also deliver for a reasonable cost. You can text me at (778)924-5554, or just message me on here or we can set up a time to talk. I am asking $3500 for Pixie
