User Content & Prohibited Items

You are solely responsible for any content you post on OKZ.ca. By posting content, you grant OKZ.ca a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the Service.

The following are strictly prohibited on OKZ.ca:

• Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Stolen goods or counterfeit items
• Adult content or services
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Live animals (without appropriate licensing)
• Dangerous or hazardous materials
• Any item or service that violates Canadian law

The OKZ.ca name, logo, website design, and software are owned by OKZ.ca and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OKZ.ca is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or user-generated content. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKZ.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of - or inability to use - the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, OKZ.ca, third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Saskatchewan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada.
