Pristine Shaquille is a registered purebred Morgan chestnut colt, and is going to be a big boy judging by his growth so far! I’ve measured from his knee joint to coronary band and it seems to be over 16”, so he could possibly mature at 16 hh, though I’d be surprised if he ends up quite that tall. Shaquille was born June 5th 2026. He is sired from our half Lippitt Morgan bay stud, TVR Freedom and Whiskey, and his mother is Raspberry Miracle Mary, who has produced three quality foals for us already, before Shaquille. Whiskey is elegant and smart, a very well behaved stud, and has excellent feet. Mary has great feet as well, and is a very easy going mare. Whiskey was easy to train for riding, and I also started him for harness work years ago and he had no issues with pulling stuff around in the yard. Mary was quick to train for riding as well, and we’ve packed her also, with no spook about anything. All of our horses spend the spring, summer and falls out on open range in the mountains, so our foals are well accustomed to creeks, swamps, thick bush country, and surviving on the wild grasses. He is very friendly, easy to catch, and gentle to handle. Shaquille has been haltered on several occasions, and has had some halter training for leading but will get more training in the next few weeks, or before he gets sold and taken to his new home. He has had his feet picked up too and is already good with that, and I’ll continue handling him. Shaquille has been loaded in a trailer, and has been trailered long distance a couple of times.
