Hiring: Receptionist/Admin for Psychologist Office (Contract Pos

We are looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our psychology practice located in the Heritage Professional Centre on the corner of Macleod Trail and Heritage Drive SW.

This is a contract position with pay ranging from $15 -$17depending on experience.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE a car & valid driver's license (occasional errands such as bank deposits & supply pick-up)

MUST HAVE Experience with Jane App (booking, scheduling, client management)

MUST HAVE Billing experience (QuickBooks proficient)

MUST speak fluent English (Spanish and/or Portuguese also is an asset)

Highly detail-oriented & precise (accurate data entry, handling client information, and working with numbers)
Strong organizational & multitasking skills (flexibility to handle various tasks)

Experience in the counselling & wellness industry (understanding of client confidentiality & professionalism)

Tech-savvy (comfortable with various software & office management

Social media management (basic design, posting, and content scheduling)

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills (able to adjust communication style to support clients based on their needs)

Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
