We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Assist with daily operations in the office, providing clerical support as needed. Manage phone calls and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and team members. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaboration on projects. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing assistance as required. Help organize office materials and maintain a tidy workspace to enhance productivity. Gain exposure to medical office procedures and assist with related tasks as necessary.

Requirement: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Previous experience or familiarity with medical office settings is a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills are essential for this role. Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry tasks. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and contributing to team success.
