Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
• Ordering of office supplies
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and support basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with various subcontractors to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
• Manage general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiar with utilizing management apps
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a challenging environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
