We are looking for a part time office admin person to help with daily miscellaneous tasks in the office. Majority of the work is on computer and calls. We are located at 1916 30Ave NE, Calgary.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proficiency in MS suite, emailing, placing inventory orders.
- Making/receiving calls.
- Adapting to fast pace environment at times
- Sending invoices and payroll on Quick books and MS EXCEL
- Act as an assistant to the Operations head
Schedule can be flexible as follows:
- Preference is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (4 hours daily)
OR
- 2 full working days in the week such as Monday and Wednesday
