Looking for a real estate assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to real estate professionals, helping with tasks like managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and handling paperwork. May also be requiree to assist with marketing efforts.
Looking for someone who preferably speaks south asian languages: Punajbi, Hindi or Urdu.
This is a full-time demanding position.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
