Smiling Lawn is hiring motivated and hardworking Lawn Care Technicians to join our growing team!
We are passionate about delivering high-quality lawn care and top-level customer service — and we're looking for people who take pride in their work.

Position: Lawn Care Technician
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: Pay to be discussed
Schedule: Monday–Saturday

*Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer properties with the team you are assigned (2–3 crew members)
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform general lawn maintenance
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and lawn treatments
- Perform core aeration and over-seeding
- Maintain a professional, respectful attitude with customers
- Work independently and complete tasks without supervision
- Ensure all visits meet Smiling Lawn's quality standards
- Collect customer feedback after each service

*Requirements:
- Must have your own car (Required)
- Hardworking and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Lawn care experience is a plus (but not required — we will train the right person)
