Location: Mississauga
Requirements:
-4 years of meat cutting experience (beef and lamb)
-Skilled in deboning, trimming, and portioning
-Experience using knives and band saws
- Ability to lead daily operations and follow health & safety standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold environment
