About Us:
We're a two-man boutique industrial real estate brokerage focused on small bay industrial properties in the GTA. We're looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Research Analyst to help us gather critical property data through in-field research.

Role Overview:
This role involves driving through industrial areas (primarily Mississauga, Brampton, and Etobicoke) to collect on-the-ground property information. You'll note details such as building occupancy, company names, signage, leasing info, and other relevant observations into a spreadsheet/database.

Responsibilities:

Drive to and through designated industrial areas

Identify and record information on industrial properties (e.g. company names, unit numbers, vacancy signs, for lease signs, etc.)

Take photos when needed and accurately input findings into a spreadsheet

Cross-check and update property data with online sources as needed

Communicate findings with the brokerage team regularly

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Experience in real estate or property research is an asset but not required

Compensation:
Hourly rate or flat rate per area covered (to be discussed based on experience and availability)
