ABOUT THE JOB

Position: Line Cook

Terms of Employment: Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Job Duties:

· ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent,

· work with specialized cooking equipment,

· ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards,

· follow recipes and presentation specifications,

· meet dietary requirements where required,

· clean and maintain station.



Requirements:

strong work ethic
ability to communicate well with back and front of house staff
demonstrated experience in high volume restaurant required
