Helping with shower and sponge bath making show client's oral hygiene is good by making sure his teeth are brushed and mouth looks good.
Wife prepares meal all you do is serve client with meals.
Client takes medications my himself but is a good idea to watch him.
He has just about two or three medication.
Help with other things at home.
Really there is very litle because familly has other house helpers.
Client love golf and can watch it every day on his rolling chair.
One of the most important priority is safty.
Client uses a walker but is good to watch him while siting on his chair making sure he does it right, when using the toilet or going to bed.
Try to communicate to client even though he is very quiet.
