Maple Crest Farms is seeking a general labourer for their greenhouse operation in a rural area in Grassie, Ontario. Job duties include hand harvesting flowers, transplanting seedlings/root cuttings, mixing and preparing soil, weeding. Must be able to work in hot, cold, wet, damp, and refrigerated environments and be able to lift heavy loads and work in confined spaces. Work includes repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods of time, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Good eye-hand co-ordination and attention to detail is a must.
