AM Sandher Farms Ltd. needs 74 farm workers.
Duties include but are not limited to: Prunning, raking, thinning, cultivating and irrigating, Fertilizing, Irrigation maintenance,
tree planting, operating and maintaining farm machinery, harvesting Apple and Cherry crops.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, ability to
distinguish between colors, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended
periods, Walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling. Work is outdoors, weather can be wet/damp, dusty, hot or cold.
Location of work will be in Kelowna, Lake Country, Coldstream, Vernon and Armstrong area orchards.
No formal education or skills required.
Work from Feb 2026 – Dec 2026
Work will be around 40-50 hours/week. $18.25 / hr with 4% Vacation Pay or going Piece Rate/Agreement Rate.
