Motivated General Labourer is needed in the Winnipeg Downtown Exchange District area.

Responsibilities:

- Site maintenance such as; janitorial, debris removal, grass mowing, garbage cleanup/removal, snow clearing, etc.
- Meet skilled trades people as required
- Work independently and/or assist on a variety of projects such as; demolition, door installation, change locks, floors, framing, drywall, plywood, cabinets, base and case etc.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely

Requirements:

- Construction experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- May be asked to be on call after hours (evenings & weekends) on occasion.

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am – 4pm
