Job Duties:
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the company to understand project objectives, communication goals, and branding requirements, and transform written or spoken ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Transform concepts and ideas into creative layouts and graphic elements, in both print and electronic media to effectively communicate key messages.
- Produce high-quality graphic designs with current design software, managing every step of the design process from initial concept and layout to final deliverable.
- Have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing principles to determine the most appropriate visual style, layout, and design approach for each project.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, accurately communicate ideas, and appropriately represent the company or client.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing design processes, identify flaws, establish guidelines and create solutions that enhance design quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, illustrations, and video to support ongoing design and communication projects.

Qualifications:
1. Completion of a university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, branding, or a related field.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, with experience using animation and digital illustration software.
4. Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate creative concepts into effective visual designs.
