Digital Large-Format Print Operator & Sign Shop Production
We are seeking a skilled, hands-on, and reliable Digital Large-Format Print Operator & Sign Shop Production Associate to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate has experience operating large-format printing equipment and performing sign shop duties, including vinyl weeding, masking, and sign production.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has a keen eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Operate digital large-format printing equipment, Roland Printer, Cold Laminator, Graph-Tech Plotters.

Monitor print quality and ensure accurate colour matching against approved proofs.
Assist with dye-sublimation printing and other print production processes as required.
Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
Sign Shop & Finishing Production

Perform vinyl weeding, masking, application tape, and preparation of cut vinyl graphics.
Assist with the production and assembly of signs, decals, graphics, and display materials.
Prepare printed and cut graphics for finishing, installation, or shipping.
Assist with laminating, trimming, mounting, and other finishing tasks as required.
Handle and process a variety of substrates and sign materials.
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality workmanship.
Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience in large-format digital printing and/or sign shop production is preferred.
Experience with Roland printers and dye-sublimation printing is an asset.
Knowledge of vinyl cutting, weeding, masking, and sign finishing techniques is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in colour matching and quality control.
Ability to read job specifications and follow production instructions accurately.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
A positive, dependable, and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends when required to meet production deadlines.
