About the Role
Osmow's New Westminster is looking for a motivated and dependable Team Member to join our restaurant team. This role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, helping us deliver great food and outstanding customer service every day. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
Take customer orders and ensure order accuracy
Provide a welcoming and friendly guest experience
Restock inventory and keep workstations organized
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Follow food safety and operational guidelines
Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods
Requirements
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Comfortable handling POS transactions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
