We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to run both front-of-house and back-of-house at Duffy's.
This is an operating role, not an office job: you'll be on the floor, leading the team, looking after guests, and making sure
the business runs properly every night, including the nights the owner isn't there.

What You'll Do
• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, including
evenings, weekends and closing
• Hire, train, schedule and lead staff
• Monitor food and beverage operations and control
costs
• Manage inventory, ordering and supplier relationships
• Coordinate with performers and support live-music
nights
• Uphold cleanliness, safety and licensing standards
• Deliver great guest service and build community ties

What You Bring
• 5 years of hospitality management experience
• Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH
• Proven ability to lead a busy pub or live-music venue
• Mature, reliable and hands-on leadership style
• Solid grasp of labour, food and beverage cost control
• Comfortable working 50–55 hours per week with
schedule flexibility
• Smart Serve; food handler certification an asset
• Strong preference for candidates who live in or
near the neighbourhood
What We Offer
• $70K–$80K base salary
• $5K–$10K annual performance bonus
