GENERAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT: CUSTOMER SERVICE - OFFICE - SHIPPING - SUPPORT
Location: Napanee, Ontario

Venture Food Trucks is Canada's leading custom food truck, hot dog cart, and mobile business
manufacturer. This is a varied role that combines customer service, purchasing, administration,
and sales support. In this position your goal is to work directly with and take the weight off our
Sales Manager, Production Coordinator, and Director of Operations.
This position is suited toward someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, comfortable
using a computer and has excellent written and verbal skills. Experience with CRM systems,
customer service, Microsoft programs is an asset but not required.
Responsibilities may include
Sales Support
 Assist the sales and management team with daily administrative tasks.
 Prepare customer quotes and follow up on quotations as needed
 Research restaurant equipment and pricing from multiple suppliers.
 Use our CRM system to manage customer information and sales activities.
 Take photos and videos of completed food truck and hot dog cart builds
 Coordinate shipping and packaging via UPS
Customer Service
 Handle warranty inquiries and document warranty claims.
 Process parts orders.
Administrative Support
 Assist the sales and management team with daily administrative tasks.
 Take photos and document completed food truck and hot dog cart builds
 Research products, suppliers, and industry information.

WHAT WE OFFER:
THIS POSITION WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 16 HOURS WEEKLY AT OUT NAPANEE FACILITY
