Hiring: Assembler
Location: [Georgetown]
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job Type: Full-Time( Permanent)
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Assembler to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and attend to manual and automated tools and equipment in the production
process including but not limited to nail guns, hand drills, screw drivers, hammers,
table saw, miter saw, and chisel.
• Apply furniture glue to parts prior to assembling.
• Follow all production procedures as instructed.
• Perform all work to BRC standards and ensure final product meets quality standards.
• Determine and report product and equipment malfunctions to Production Supervisor
or Plant Manager.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure the daily and weekly production schedule is adhered to.
• Complies with all company health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Without limitation, wears Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized work area.
• Basic; respectful, courteous and works well with others and builds effective working
relationships within the department and BRC.
• Works overtime as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time at the discretion of
management.
Requirements:
* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs
* Punctual, dependable, and a team player
* Able to operate hand/powers tools(drills, pneumatic guns, wrapping machines etc.)
