The Verve complex is currently accepting applications for the title of Maintenance person.

Job Description
Must be able to do small maintenance and landscaping tasks as well as drywall repair, painting, sweeping, changing lightbulbs, observing, and reporting any security incidents.
Must be able to hook up maintenance truck to garbage bins and tow into fire lane. Also, to observe and report any mechanical or electrical issues that may arise.

Job Requirements:
Must be able to do maintenance work outside in the summer and inside in winter. Applicants should be able to write up security and mechanical reports and be punctual, reliable and a team player. Must have valid drivers’ license and lift 30 lbs. Any landscaping, construction maintenance, irrigation and/or pool operating experience an asset.

This is a full time position with working hours of 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Tuesday thru Saturday.
