Suncrest Hill Orchards Inc. is looking for 1 Full-Time Permanent Farm Supervisor. This position is ideal for an experienced individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced agricultural environment while leading field operations, supervising employees, and ensuring high-quality fruit production.

Our farm produces a variety of crops including cherries, apples, strawberries, and ground crops, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and efficient farm management.

Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of related farm supervisory experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- Monitor crop production activities including irrigation, fertilization, pruning, spraying, cultivation, harvesting, and weed control.
- Train fruit trees to improve yield and fruit quality.
- Maintain quality control and production records.
- Ensure compliance with farm safety, food safety, and biosecurity procedures.
- Hire, train, and supervise farm employees.
- Schedule work assignments and monitor productivity.
- Operate and maintain tractors, sprayers, and other agricultural equipment.
- Perform general farm duties as required.
- Supervise approximately 11–15 employees during peak production periods.
