Job duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Ensure that catering and group order requests are fully fulfilled

Terms of employment:
Permanent, Full-time

Wage:
$37.00 per hour

Hours:
30 hours per week.

Location of work:
Markham, Ontario

Skills requirements (includes education and work experience):

Completion of Secondary (High) School Certificate is required

5 years of work experience in food service/food preparation is required.

Prior supervisory experience/responsibilities in food service/food preparation are required
