About the role
We're a local concrete coatings company growing across the Okanagan and we need people to represent us in the field. The job is straightforward — you'll canvass residential neighbourhoods in Kelowna, knock on doors, and connect homeowners with our services.
This is a real job with real base pay. You get $20/hr guaranteed from the moment your shift starts — no commission-only surprises. On top of that, you earn $20 cash for every qualified estimate you book.
A rep booking 2–3 leads per shift is clearing $30–$35/hr. Our best performers do better than that.

Shifts
Weekday afternoons: 3pm–7pm
Weekends: 12pm–7pm
Work as many or as few shifts per week as suits you.

Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people
Coachable — our best earners listen and adjust fast
Reliable — you show up when you say you will
Okay with rejection — most doors won't answer, and that's part of the job
Valid BC driver's license required

Experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus but not required. We have a structured training program and you'll be paired with an experienced rep from day one.
