The Opportunity
Are you a natural hustler who knows their way around a diesel engine or a transport yard? Accurate Mechanical & Welding is looking for an aggressive, boots-on-the-ground Outside Sales Representative to drive new business.
You won't be sitting at a desk—you’ll be out in the field, visiting transport companies, fleet managers, and owner-operators to sell our top-tier heavy-duty mechanical and welding services.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hitting the Pavement: Executing daily door-to-door B2B sales calls at trucking yards, industrial parks, and logistics hubs.
Building Relationships: Connecting with fleet managers and owners to understand their pain points and pitch AMWI’s repair and maintenance solutions.
Closing Deals: Converting cold walk-ins into long-term service contracts and repeat customers.
Market Scouting: Identifying new leads and expanding our footprint in the local heavy-duty transport sector.
️ What You Bring to the Table
Industry Knowledge: You MUST have a solid understanding of heavy-duty mechanical repairs or the trucking industry. You need to speak the same language as mechanics, drivers, and fleet managers.
Sales Grit: Experience in outside sales, B2B, or door-to-door environments. You aren't afraid of a "no" and know how to push past the gatekeeper.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent, and driven by results.
Valid Driver's License: A clean Class 5 license is required to operate the company vehicle.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
Competitive Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, pending on experience.
Company Vehicle & Fuel Card Provided: You'll be doing a lot of driving, but you won't be putting wear and tear on your personal vehicle or paying for gas!
