Key Responsibilities

* Assist with site preparation and cleanup
* Load, unload, and move construction materials
* Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed
* Operate basic hand and power tools
* Follow all safety protocols and site regulations
* Perform general labour duties as assigned

Requirements

* Previous construction experience is an asset (not required)
* Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
* Comfortable working at heights (for high-rise projects)
* Steel-toe boots required; additional PPE is a plus
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work well in a team environment
