About the Role:
This position combines hands on leadership with strict quality oversight. You’ll guide crews through commercial roofing installations while ensuring every detail meets Custom Roofing’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and motivate commercial roofing crews
• Oversee installation of TPO, EPDM, SBS, BUR, metal, and other commercial systems
• Perform thorough quality control inspections throughout each project
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and job site protocols
• Train and mentor team members to elevate skill and productivity
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and management
• Maintain organized, efficient, and safe job sites
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• High level of competence, professionalism, and leadership
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read plans, manage timelines, and solve on site challenges
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
