Description
Location: Ajax, Ontario
Position Type: Full-Time
***About Us***
We are a family-owned and operated automotive repair facility with a deep commitment to quality service and community. We pride ourselves on a supportive, low-ego work environment. We have a successful history of mentoring apprentices, having guided multiple team members from their first day in the shop all the way to obtaining their technician license.

- Shop Stewardship: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, organize tools, and manage shop supplies.
- Documentation: Accurately record work performed and parts used within our shop management system.
- Growth: Actively participate in trade school requirements and apply classroom learning to real-world scenarios in the bays.
***What We Are Looking For***
- Foundational Experience: Completion of high school automotive shop classes or a recognized Pre-Apprenticeship program is required.
- Experience: Basic experience with oil changes, tire swaps, or general vehicle maintenance is preferred.
- Passion for the Trade: A genuine interest in how vehicles work and a desire to make automotive repair a career.
- Reliability: Someone who shows up on time, ready to work, and eager to learn.
- Team Mindset: Being a small shop, we all chip in where needed. A positive, helpful attitude is a must.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of hand tools and automotive components (completion of a pre-apprenticeship program or high school shop credits is an asset).
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required for moving customer vehicles.
