We’re seeking a Farm Operations Specialist who shares our commitment to improving human health through better farm practices and who takes pride in production excellence.

About the Role:
As a Farm Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of a regenerative farm currently focussed on Beef production. You’ll help ensure that equipment, livestock, and field work are carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with our holistic management principles.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys problem solving, and values the connection between soil, animals, and people.

Key Responsibilities:
-Safely and effectively operate farm equipment
-Maintenance and basic repairs of equipment
-Ensure timely completion of feeding, bedding, and field operations
-Support livestock handling and care
-Contribute to corral maintenance, fencing, and pasture management
-Participate in field operations including seeding, haying, silaging, and combining

Desired Qualifications:
-Experience operating and maintaining equipment
-Livestock care and handling experience (an asset- training available)
-Class 3 license (an asset- training available)
-Experience or interest in holistic management and regenerative agriculture (an asset- training available)

Hours & Compensation:
-Compensation based on experience and performance
-Peak season (April–October) may require additional hours
-Flexible scheduling and time off based on farm needs
