Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, feed, and operate manufacturing equipment (such as wire drawing, stranding, or extrusion machines) according to safety and production guidelines.
Material Handling: Load spools, reels, and raw materials (copper, aluminum, plastics) into machines, and safely move finished products using pallet jacks or hoists.

Quality Control: Visually inspect wire for defects, measure thickness and diameter using gauges or micrometers, and ensure products meet strict industry standards.

Documentation: Maintain basic production logs and report any machinery malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor.

Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment for everyone.




Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or general labour environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and comfortably lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs].

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to read and understand production orders.


Attributes: High attention to detail, strong reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
Safety Gear: Must own or be willing to get CSA-approved steel-toed boots.


Basic Math Knowledge is a must.
