LONTEK is looking for motivated apprentices with some framing experience to join our residential framing crew.

Position: Apprentice / Junior Framer

Some construction/framing background required (basic tool use, measuring, cutting, site safety)

Will work under experienced framers while building skills

Must be eager to learn and grow into a full framer role


Requirements:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Reliable transportation to job sites

Safety-minded, punctual, and team-oriented

First aid certificate

Fall protection certificate

Telehandler ticket
