Job Description:
We are a well-established, family-run landscaping and construction company seeking an experienced Fence Carpenter / Foreman to lead residential fence projects throughout Calgary.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for managing a small crew while actively building and completing fence projects on schedule and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret plot plans, site plans, and property lines accurately
• Complete full fence layout according to lot grading and property boundaries
• Build fences from start to finish (wood, pressure treated, etc.)
• Lead and manage a crew of 2–3 workers
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Maintain quality control and job site organization

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in fence building
• Proven experience as a crew lead or foreman
• Strong understanding of plot plans and property line layout
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on site
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all conditions
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Assets (Not Required):
• Experience with decks, gates, or general carpentry
• Skid steer or equipment experience
• Landscaping or grading knowledge
