​Job Duties:
​Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, specializing in South Indian, East Indian, and Indo-Chinese fusion.
​Plan menus, determine size of food portions, and estimate food requirements and costs.
​Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards.
​Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
​Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
​Clean kitchen and work areas.
​Requirements:
​Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
​Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in professional Indian/Fusion cooking.
​Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in preparing fermented items (Dosas/Utthapams), biryanis, and Indo-Chinese fusion dishes (Manchurian).
​Certificates: Safe Food Handling Certificate (preferred).
