South Asian Cuisine Chef – Chole Bhatura Specialist

We are currently hiring a skilled and passionate South Asian Cuisine Chef with a strong specialty in Chole Bhatura to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic, high-quality Chole Bhatura with consistent taste and presentation
- Manage food preparation, cooking, and plating during live events and catering services
- Ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and live station environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience cooking South Asian cuisine (street food experience is a strong asset)
- Expertise in making traditional Chole Bhatura from scratch
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Hospitality or catering experience preferred
