The Role: Timeless Home Services is looking for more than just "help." We are looking for Craftsmen. As we grow our local operations, we need individuals who understand that the difference between a "good" job and a "Timeless" job is in the last 1%. We install high-end, custom-integrated PERMANENT LED lighting. If you take pride in doing work that is "invisible" until the lights turn on, we want you.

What We’re Looking For:

Precision over Speed: We don't "slap" tracks on. We measure twice, cut once, and ensure every line is perfectly straight. If you’re the type of person who can’t stand a crooked picture frame, you’ll fit right in.
The "Hidden Wire" Standard: You are obsessive about wire management. If a client can see a wire, the job isn't finished.

Property Protection Mindset: You treat every home like it’s your own. You’re careful with ladders near windows, you don't trample flower beds, and you never leave a single screw behind in a driveway.
The "Neighbor Factor" (Friendly & Professional): You are the face of Timeless. You are polite, well-spoken, and ready to answer a neighbor's question with a smile. We want people who our clients actually enjoy having on their property.
Requirements:

Comfort with Heights: Daily work on 24ft-40ft ladders. You must be calm and steady at height.
Mechanical Aptitude: Proficient with power tools (impact drivers, snips, oscillating saws).
Reliability: You are "on time" if you are 5 minutes early.
Clean & Organized: You keep your tools, the truck, and the job site organized. Messy work is not Timeless work.
