Design & Sales Consultant (Design-Build Specialist)
Tenda Builds is a Calgary-based renovation firm. We are looking for a Design & Sales Consultant who can bridge the gap between creative vision and project execution. You will be the face of the company, guiding the clients through their renovation journey from the first sketch to the final walk-through.
Core Responsibilities
• Project Consultation: Meet with client to understand their lifestyle and translate their needs into beautiful, functional design-build solutions.
• Visual Presentations: Create compelling mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, or visual proposals using Canva, Photoshop, or specialized design software.
• Sales Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including site measurements, material selection, quoting, and contract signing.
• Brand Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to attract the local Calgary residential market.
Who You Are
• Local Market Expert: You understand Calgary’s home trends, from modern farmhouse aesthetics to contemporary basement developments.
• Technical Communicator: You can explain the "why" behind a design choice and the "how" of the construction process.
• Multilingual Advantage: While your primary focus is the English-speaking market, fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a valuable asset for our diverse clientele.
• Proven Closer: You have a track record in design-build sales or high-end residential renovation consulting.
