Administrative Associate – Short Term (Toronto)

Location: Toronto, ON
Start Date: Wednesday, February 25
⏰ Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may extend to 5:00 PM)
Duration: Approximately 1 Week
Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Associate for a short-term assignment in Toronto. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations.

✅ Responsibilities:

Document filing and organization

General administrative duties

Supporting office staff with clerical tasks

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – Mandatory

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Previous administrative experience is an asset
