We are a Toronto-based law firm seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist / Plumber Office
Assistant to join our growing team, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Key Requirements:

Fluency in English
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Professional phone and in-person communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Prior receptionist or office experience preferred (Plumber office experience is an asset but not required)

Role Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting clients and managing front-desk inquiries
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Basic administrative and clerical support
Assisting the team with general office tasks

Position Details:
Part-time position
