Position Overview

Bradner R Farms Ltd. is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our farm operation in Ashcroft, BC. This role involves both professional driving and hands-on farm work. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in an agricultural environment and assisting with general farm operations as required.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate Class 1 trucks to haul:
• Cow feed
• Dry and liquid cow manure
• Compost
• Operate farm equipment including tractors
• Assist with general farm chores and seasonal farm work
• Support operations during busy periods, including harvest
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all farm safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Requirements
• Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence (required)
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual farm work
• Experience operating or willingness to learn to operate tractors and farm machinery
• Comfortable working around livestock and farm environments
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability during peak seasons
