Bradner R Farms Ltd. is a family-owned mixed farming operation located in Ashcroft, BC. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Farm Equipment Operator / Class 1 Driver to join our team.

This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive wages and benefits. No housing available so must live locally or be willing to relocate and find your own housing.

Position Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 driver’s licence (required)
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to get in and out of trucks and equipment multiple times per day
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and safety-minded
• Experience with farm or heavy equipment is an asset

Job Duties Include:
• Local hauling of compost, silage, hay, liquid cow manure, and cattle
• Some farm and equipment hauling
• Operating farm and heavy equipment as needed
• Basic truck maintenance and daily checks
• Keeping trucks and equipment clean and well cared for
• Supporting general farm operations when required
