About Us:
All Link Logistics System Ltd. is a growing logistics and transportation company dedicated to providing reliable freight solutions across Canada/US. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch trucks and drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests and specifications
Monitor driver locations and routes using GPS and dispatch software
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other team members
Maintain up-to-date records of driver availability, routes, and delivery statuses
Resolve issues such as delays, accidents, or emergencies in real time
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies
Coordinate maintenance schedules with drivers and shop staff
Manage load board postings and negotiate with brokers (if applicable)

Qualifications:

Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficient with dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures is an asset
