Connexion Employment Service is searching for a Marketing candidate for our recruitment agency to help grow and develop our business. You will initiate and support marketing projects, coordinate related tasks, and execute marketing communications initiatives across the GTA customers.

Qualifications:
Must be initiative and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Must have previous Marketing experience (1-2 years' experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and motivated with ability to manage priorities and ensure deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner
Team player with enthusiastic and positive attitude
Creative problem solver with the ability to think critically

Duties:
Expand business by developing and implementing communication strategies and programs
Respond to written and verbal queries for acquisition of new clients
Use different promotional tools to attract prospective clients
Implementation of marketing strategies for the growth of the business
Gather, research and prepare communications material
Coordinate special events and promotions for publicity
Support the development and implementation of our marketing plan
Provide, research and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the website and other communications and marketing efforts
