Receptionist / Office Assistant – Boutique Real Estate Investment Firm
We are a dynamic, boutique real estate investment and asset management firm based in Etobicoke, seeking a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our growing team.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact in our office, you will be the face and voice of our company. You'll work closely with our property managers, and investment team, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Answer and route phone calls and emails
Maintain office organization and supplies
Assist with scheduling and administrative duties and some accounting
Support the property management and investment teams with various tasks such as setting appointments, advertising and marketing initiatives
Who You Are:
A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Friendly, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) quick books a plus
A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive office culture
