Opportunity for a part time sales associate at Callingwood Vitality Health Foods in Edmonton.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:
❖ Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquires
❖ Assist customers with questions or concerns, resolve any issues with courtesy and
professionalism
❖ Provide guidance on natural health products, including vitamins, minerals, dried herbs,
sports & protein nutrition, and body, hair, skin care products.
❖ Perform cashier duties
❖ Assist in entering and issuing purchase orders in the POS system
❖ Receive inventory against purchase orders or invoice, ensure accuracy, record and
report any discrepancies.
❖ Price merchandise and stock-up shelfs
❖ Keep products on the shelf well-organised and presentable
❖ Perform closing duties, including closing cash register
❖ Participate in online and in-person training sessions offered by the suppliers, or
organized by the company
❖ Maintain a safe work environment
❖ Assist with cleaning duties including mopping floor, dusting products, disinfecting
surfaces
