About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Vehicle Condition Assessor & Sales Closer to join our team in Edmonton. This unique role combines vehicle inspection, customer engagement, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct non-mechanical inspections of vehicles to assess their overall condition.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on inspection findings.
• Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Analyze inspection data and collaborate with the team to determine reasonable wholesale offers.
• Present and negotiate wholesale offers with customers to close sales effectively.
Qualifications:
• Excellent observational skills with the ability to assess vehicle condition (non-mechanical).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and customer interactions.
• Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or vehicle assessment is an asset but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
