AO Globe Life is expanding across Canada and currently hiring Virtual Benefit Specialist to support union and association members with their benefits. This remote role is ideal for individuals looking to grow a career in client services with full training, support, and flexibility built in.

What You'll Do:
* Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with members via Zoom
* Educate clients on their pre-negotiated benefits and help determine eligibility
* Respond to inquiries by email and maintain clear communication with your team
* Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date
