We are currently looking for 3 Cooks to work for our company located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The duties and abilities required are listed as follows:

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Experience in making traditional sweets (Mithai) such as Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Ladoo, Barfi, and other popular Indian sweets made from milk, sugar and flour, Punjabi sweets like Patisa, Mitha Chawal, and Pinni is an asset.

EDUCATION/WORK REQUIREMENTS:

- Completion of Secondary School;
- Must have at least 2 years work experience.
