Looking to improve your sales and marketing skills in a flexible, outdoor job, or want entry-level experience for your resume? The Shine Project is hiring confident, hustling individuals for part-time door-to-door sales positions.

We're searching for people who are:
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to talk to new people..
• Great at communication and display a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and excited about the opportunity to earn money.

What to Expect:
• Comprehensive Training: Your first few shifts include in-person support and practice to help you
understand the fundamental sales pitch/technique.
• Very flexible hours: Choose shifts that work for YOU—ideal for students, part-time job seekers, or those
with a busy schedule.


What You'll Be Doing:
• Work any hours you want each week with flexible scheduling.
• Weekday shifts: 3:30 PM–7:30PM
• Weekend shifts: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Go door-to-door and pitch window cleaning services for our company.
• Collect contact information and answer basic questions.
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.

What You'll Earn:
• Commission-Based Pay: Earn a set percentage for each sale you make.
• Average Pay: Can range from $20-80/hour, this all depends on your ability to convert homeowners to clients.

Requirements:
• A positive attitude and strong people skills.
• Access to reliable transportation.
